Rashmi Mittal: Born on 28-06-2071 at Hapur. Studied Basic Education in Rajkiya Kanya Jr Highschool (Hari dress), Intermediate Education in Jain Kanya Pathshala Inter College Hapur, Graduate (B.A.) in A.K.P.P.G. College Hapur, Post Graduate (M.A.-Sanskrit) from Ch. Charan Singh University Meerut as private and Educational Training Course (B.Ed.) in Vidyawati P.G.College Ghaziabad. Father, Dr. Dharamveer Singhal retired as Lecturer in Hindi from SSK Inter College Hapur and Mother, Smt Madhur Singhal, retired as Astt. Teacher from JKP Inter College Hapur and Husband, Sh Ajai Kumar Mittal, working as Physics Lecturer.

Ajai Kumar Mittal, born in Hapur on 14-02-1969. Basic education- Government Model School, Kothi Gate, Hapur(1981); High School Education- Hapur Inter College Hapur (Now- known as Dewan I/C) in 1983; Intermediate Education- C.& I, H.S.& Ag. College Hapur (now known as Sri Shantiswaroop Krishi Inter College) in 1985; Graduate (in 1987) & Post Graduation (Phy in 1989 & Maths in 2005)-SSV PG College Hapur, B.Ed-Meerut University Meerut in 2004. Professionally served as Lecturer in Physics in Dewan Inter College Hapur (01-01-1990 to 04-07-2000), in NAS Inter College Meerut (05-07-2000 to 30-06-2010) & now serving in Sri Shantiswaroop Krishi Inter College Hapur (from 01-07-2010).
Socially, serving as Science Communicator since 2000. Established scientific platform- "Vigyan Chetana Samiti" as founder Gen Sec in 2008; "Bhoutiki Manch" as founder & programmer in 2006 and "Super Class" with wife (Rashmi Mittal) in 2017. Established a self-made Horizontal Sundial made of marble in current college campus on 22-12-2014. Proposed for a universal "Science Flag" (self-designed) in 2013 by hoisting it on a science fair under Bhautiki Manch. Mentor-INSPIRE Program, DST, MST, New Delhi since 2008.

Science flag
Global Science Flag (proposed). I decided to make it as a proposal and for required amendments from universal intellectuals and learners. I made it as in rectangular form (3ft by 2 ft) in 3 parts (each 1ft by 2 ft), first part (White) having a circle (Red) in its center, second part rectangle (Green) while third part having its one long edge as circular (Blue). So, it is a four-color flag in which each color has its meaning as-divided
White:- Whole universe as Space.
Red:- Energy sources in the universe.
Green:- Life and Motion in the Universe.
Blue:- Earth, known as the blue planet in the universe.
This flag is hoisted on different occasions organized under Bhautiki Manch and Super Class.
